The program
The Azizam text program is run by Azizam, a house of fragrance based in Harrisonburg, Virginia (azizam.vip). These terms apply to text messages (SMS and MMS) we send to the mobile number you give us.
Message types
We send recurring, automated marketing texts, including:
- News about our launch and when Azizam opens.
- New fragrances, restocks and limited releases.
- Offers and discount codes, including your 5% off code.
- Once our store opens, reminders about items left in your cart.
- A one-time confirmation text when you join, and a confirmation when you opt out.
How often
Message frequency varies. We text only when we have something worth telling you, and we aim to send texts at a reasonable time of day in your time zone.
Cost
Azizam doesn’t charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Check with your carrier for details.
Joining
You join by entering your mobile number in a sign-up form on azizam.vip (on the waitlist form or when creating an account) and submitting it. By doing so, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Azizam at that number. You may get a text asking you to confirm before we send anything else.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never have to sign up for texts to buy from Azizam.
- You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you enter.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Stopping
You can cancel anytime. Reply STOP to any Azizam text. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. We’ll send one final text confirming you’re unsubscribed, and you won’t get more marketing texts from us after that.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts may not reach you if you’re out of coverage, your phone is off or your carrier doesn’t support the program.
Privacy
We use your mobile number only to send Azizam texts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we never sell your number. Read our full Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we’ll let you know by text.
